What data we collect

Name, WhatsApp number, email, service address, invoicing data (RUC or ID number and company name) and any photos you send us of your apartment or furniture.

We also keep the photos of the report we take after each service.

We also collect the information you enter in the forms on the website: name, company or business name, city, type of service, measurements, comments, any other details you add and, if you wish, your e-mail.

What we use it for

To send you prices and quotes, schedule and deliver the service, issue the legal invoice, handle complaints and the guarantee, and remind you about upcoming cleanings.

Who we share it with

We use WhatsApp to communicate and a customer management system to organize bookings.

When you complete a form, we open WhatsApp with your message ready and we also try to send a copy by e-mail to our team. To send that e-mail we use a sending provider (Resend), which may process the data outside Paraguay. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

To prevent spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a Cloudflare verification that checks that a person is completing the form and may process technical data from your browser.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses measurement tools such as the Meta pixel to learn which ads and pages work. You can block them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

While you are a client and for as long as tax rules require for invoices. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@casa-limpia.com.py. We reply within a reasonable time.
